And I also know the flip side of the coin: the constant sensation of ecstatic bliss, even in the midst of challenges, especially in the midst of challenges.
The satisfaction of waking up with a sense of meaning, cause you've found your divine purpose, and committed to it. All the way.
What's that purpose, you may be wondering, and how the hell do I find mine…
Well, there are two types of purpose:
First, a general one for the human race: to awaken to your true nature as God incarnate, to contribute to collective evolution, through your individual expansion.
Second, you personal, unique manifestation of awakening: based on your karma & your dharma, which are encoded in your DNA, as well as your bith chart.
MY purpose is liberation through mysticism (a combination of my North Node in Aquarius with my Pisces Mid-Heaven), contributing to the embodiment of Chris consciousness, and the reconciliation of paradoxes in non-duality.
And I won't stop till I get myself, and as many people as I can, to enlightenment. Freedom from suffering. Constant ecstatic bliss.
Those are the Boddhisatvic vows I've taken, as a practicing tantric Buddhist.
People tend to have a funny vision of Buddhists as renunciates, monks that have given up wordly pleasures, but that's not the whole picture…
The truth is the tantric Buddhism I practice, just as gnostic Christianism, can be veeery carnal.
In fact, it stimulates sexual energy, to rise and circulate it. Cause sexual energy is healing energy is creative energy. Life force.
If you've been using it for sex only, you're making a big mistake. HUGE.
And, if you're ready to course-correct and start taking the reins of your own life, instead of just being a passive spectator on auto-pilot…
