When it hurts so good...
*On judgments & confessions, pains & pleasures*
I’ve just moved from Paradise (the literal name of my last base, a Swiss town) to the Island of Gods with my partner, a dream finally come true since the dark night of 2020, for a season of what I do best:
Quantum-leaping through the Magnum Opus, the Great Work of inner alchemy, to transmute the lead of pain and suffering into the gold of pleasure and love.
And how have I started off my stay in such a blessed land, home of a spiritually devoted population, and amusement park to half the white-privileged hippies of the globalized Earth (including yours truly)?
Well, first things first, #priorities: I went for a tropical juice and an ecstatic dance, and then got lured into the shiny shops and spas that were ALL OVER.
While my partner enjoyed a lil massage (we were exhausted from a 33h plane trip), I decided to try waxing. On my whole pussy. As a kinky experiment whose purpose will be unveiled in upcoming articles, stay tuned
Now, I’d never been waxed in my whole life, but of course I knew this was supposed to be painful. And yet, after making my unconscious sadomasochism conscious over the last few years, pain didn't scare me any more…
It excited me!
Any (former) ballerinas reading this? Or athletes? Anyone who’s ever been waxed? I know you get the power of transmuting pain into beauty. THANK YOU!
To everyone else, who may still be wondering WTF is wrong with me for deliberately seeking discomfort, I invite you to consider:
Have you ever enjoyed hot spicy food?
…cried till you fell into a sweet slumber?
…laughed till your belly hurt?
Then, you already know how the science & art of inner alchemy goes, it's that simple:
Take an activity that feels positive, keep at it for long enough, it becomes negative. And viceversa: allow any painful feelings to flow through you freely, they lose their power, and become pleasure. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy, right?
Well, not for everyone. In my work as a holistic therapist & life coach, I help people become confident and comfortable with this kind of deep transmutation, because simple ain't always easy. Sometimes, fear’s stronger than you. Sometimes, the best you can do is to feel stuck, and have no freaking idea what to do about it.
And that's ok, it's part of the divine game we all came here to play.
The Truth is actually so unbearably light that our brains almost find it insulting, and want to reject it, reaching out for the next pill or magic trick that’s gonna make it all go away.
Except that pain can’t go away by killing it, painkillers are just part of the illusion modern society stands on, for they only bury the pain deeper within us. Plus they kill our ability to feel pleasure, too…
The real cure, the real answer, is this: your pain is not a punishment, but a lesson. An opportunity to become a master alchemist, to increase your nervous system capacity, so that you can FEEL MORE pleasure, be more alive. Pain is not here to make you suffer, since suffering is optional, and it only happens when you resist the pain.
Like Eckhart Tolle, author of the world-famous best-seller The Power of Now, says: “suffering is necessary, until you realize it is unnecessary”.
I became an expert in transmuting suffering into pleasure the hard way, after years of chronic pain in my body, suicidal depression and crippling anxiety. Most of which I managed to turn into hot ecstatic bliss, so nowadays I'm damn serious in my faith that everything is possible, and anyone can heal. I've seen miracles unfold before my eyes, thanks to the powerful healing techniques I wield, and I'd love to share with you too.
All your pain wants is for you to acknowledge it, to sit with it, to stop fighting. Your pain is a mere reminder that you’ve been fighting too hard, tensing too much; it’s simply an invitation to soften and surrender.
Because our natural state is bliss and pleasure (as per the yogic, tantric, and Buddhist teachings I base most of my work on), pain only shows up as a result of past physical, mental or emotional trauma. When you manage to relax and just breathe through the discomfort, it’s surprising how quickly it goes away. Like a child throwing a tantrum, all it needs is a loving hug, more often than not.
The alchemical laws of polarity and compensation teach us that rejection is just the flip side of attachment, so pushing pain away is the energetic equivalent of holding on to it, and the only way out is throug. I’ve become a therapist, trained in hypnosis and BDSM (bondage, domination and sadomasochism), so that I can use my voice to guide people through this process. That’s the main goal of my online sessions, which everyone who tries describes as a magic trance, where they finally manage to release lifelong pains and blockages.

That’s what enlightenment is about: becoming so established in Truth and Love, for both the light and the shadow, that none of those matter more than the other any more. At that point, you don’t care if something horrible happens, because you know that something better will eventually come out of it, and thus you can stay calm & centered through challenges.
And when something wonderful does happen, you can enjoy it calmly, because you know it will be over at some point and that’s ok. For we live in duality, in a constant rollercoaster of ups and downs, individually and collectively.
We’re conditioned by the relentless pendulum swing between pairs of opposites, the duality of Samsara, until we do enough inner alchemy that we learn how to rise discern non-duality: Nirvana.
That process inner alchemy involves letting yourself be burnt, and reborn anew, as many times as it takes.
The journey often includes the excruciating pain of having your beating heart ripped out of your open chest (by your-God-self) and offered in uttermost devotion for the benefit of all beings (including, of course, your-God-self), cause God is kinky that way.
That’s the main teaching of non-duality, which looks for permanent transcendence in the only place where it can be found: beyond the veil of the material illusion, beyond the constant transformation and impermanence of duality.
And that’s the distinction between Shiva and Shakti, Samsara and Nirvana, Yin and Yang. Or, in terms that may be more familiar for Westerners: phainomenon and noumenon, inmanence and transcendance, Hell and Heaven.
Hell is believing the Devil (from Ancient Greek διάβολος – diabolos, meaning “divider”), and buying into the lie that we’re separate, that we can do stuff without consequences for others.
Guess where that’s lead humanity over the last few millennia of “evolution”? To environmental catastrophies, because we considered ourselves separate from nature, and to war and genocide, because we’ve even been so blind as to create big distinctions *within* our own species
Heaven, on the other hand, is realizing the Truth of our Unity, which leads to living in accordance with the Bible’s Golden Rule: do unto others as you’d like to be done unto you.
Heaven is your origin, your birthright, and your destiny. It’s a state of consciousness, independent from any physical place, that’s available to you at any point in time.
Now, don’t get me wrong, Hell can be fun too. After all, I myself chose to came here, just like you did. By “here”, I mean this dualistic reality, where we forget who we really are (spoiler alert *God incarnated*), and we tend to get stuck in victim mentality.
Unfortunately, many modern “good” people fall into the Luciferian category, because monotheistic religions did a great job at brainwashing people into dualistic thinking: evil vs good, right vs wrong, implying there’s one single right answer.
And I get why people bought into this indoctrination, our egos crave certainty, it feels good to have someone tell you what to do. The ugly Truth, however, is that judging shadows as evil ain’t gonna cut it any more.
How we roll now is by *integrating* the shadows, through loving awareness, because who the fuck likes to be criticized! Seriously, if you just keep judging & condemning a part of yourself (or another person, or a group thereof), do you really think they’re gonna like it? Do you think they’re gonna want to listen to you? Do you think they’re gonna want to change?
Of course not. People learn best through love & play, and positive reinforcement, not through punishment and denial. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately? We’re in duality after all, where opposite extremes touch…) most of us were raised in that judgmental paradigm, which we keep unconsciously reproducing, until we make it conscious.
Are you ready to stop judging & start loving yourself and others *for real*, so that you can finally create & fulfil your own destiny?
Get in touch, I can help you journey safely through your personal Hell, all the way to Heaven on Earth, aka the end of suffering.
Because pain is mandatory, but suffering is optional.
All you could ever want, which you don’t have yet, is at the other side of discomfort. All your heart’s desires, which are your God-given compass, await you at the other side of fear. Just an energy shift away.
The time to let go of trauma has finally come. After millennia of building it up inside us, of sweeping shit under the carpet, we’ve reached capacity, individually and collectively. The planet is screaming out loud, calling us out of our unconscious slumber, and INTO ACTION.
If you are one of those brave, awakened souls, if you believe that a better world is possible… Please know that you’re not alone, and that there’s much support available, including from myself. I’ll be delighted to show you how to transmute your pain into pleasure, and help you build the life you came here to live.
Are you ready for one hell of a ride into heaven? Get in touch, I gotcha 💋
